Please note if your shipping costs seem other than you expected, for instance you ordered over $75 worth of baits and it did not add Free Shipping, please check to see if you have a VPN turned on?  This could be something on your local machine or set by your Internet Service Provider.  This also may be the problem if you are being charged in a currency other than that of the country from which you are ordering.  If you are not using a VPN but still experiencing issues, other solutions might be to create an account and save the order, then open on your phone and log into your account where you should be able to complete your purchase.
